Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order or change the shipping address. To do so, please contact us within 12 hours of making your purchase.
What is the return policy?
At You Glow, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the items within 14 days (counting from the date of receipt) or exchange them within 30 days from the date of purchase. In both cases, the items must be packaged and unused.
Exchanges and/or returns are not permitted for the following items:
- Toys (for hygiene reasons)
- Damaged items due to misuse.
- Items sold at discounts
How do I start the exchange or return process?
- Communicate your intention to exchange or return sending an email to [email protected] or filling form present in contact page
- Submit the articles accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice, by post to the following address:

Analysis of returned products
After the products are returned, our technical services will carry out an analysis and check their condition. If the returned products meet the conditions for return, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Refund rules
- The credit will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
- If crediting the same payment method is not possible (e.g. MBWay or Multibanco), we will ask for the IBAN where you wish to receive the refund.
- Gift bags are non-refundable.
Exchanges and Vouchers
After the products are returned, our technical services will carry out an analysis and check their condition. If the returned products meet the conditions for return, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- Exchange of articles: You Glow will issue a voucher for the purchase amount, which can be used to purchase a new item of equal or greater value.
- Return of items: The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any additional costs.
Notice: Refunds will only be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected.
Special Deadlines
From November 1st to December 14th, you can exchange your purchases until January 14th of the following year.
Special Considerations
- Custom and made-to-order items: We do not accept exchanges or returns due to the specificity of these items.
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the proper shipping of items for exchange or return. You Glow is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the shipping process.
- Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange or return of their items.
- Incorrect or defective items: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our team via email [email protected] or through the form present in contact page in order to prioritize the return and refund or exchange process.
