The Raríssima and Aurora collections include a lifetime warranty, ensuring the durability and quality of the pieces. The Pele Genuína and Bela Portuguesa collections do not have a formal warranty, but are produced with high-quality materials, ensuring their longevity.
Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes and lotions.
Remove jewelry when exercising.
Store jewelry in dry, airy places, separately.
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each use.
Avoid contact with water, such as when bathing or swimming.
We accept the following payment methods: MB Way (only in Portugal)

Yes, you can return items within 14 days or exchange them within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be packaged and unused. Exchanges/returns of personalized items, earrings for hygiene reasons, and items sold at a discount are not acceptable.
The credit will be made using the same payment method used for the order. If this is not possible (e.g. MB Way or Multibanco Ref.), we will request the IBAN to make the refund. The refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned products.
For exchanges, we issue a voucher for the purchase amount to be discounted on the new item of equal or greater value. Gift bags are non-refundable.
Yes, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase to cancel your order or change the shipping address.
